Welcome to the Nook on Nebula, a cozy, family-friendly getaway in the heart of Livingston, Montana. With two spacious levels and room for up to 12 guests, find your home away from home, with a fully equipped kitchen and game room to a hot tub, fenced dog run and dedicated work space. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown, it’s the perfect landing pad for adventures in Yellowstone, Paradise Valley or simply enjoying small-town Montana charm.

Nook on Nebula is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Nook on Nebula is located in Livingston's Star Addition subdivision, a quiet and safe neighborhood full of local residents and families and just minutes the center of downtown. There are multiple parks and trails within walking distance from the house, perfect for taking the dog for a stroll or catching a sunrise or sunset from the top of the hill!

Guests have access to the entire home including the back yard, dog run and garage. Ample parking is available at Nook on Nebula, in the driveway, in the garage or on the street in front of the house.

With two spacious levels, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the Nook on Nebula comfortably sleeps 10–12 guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings, group getaways or a peaceful escape to Big Sky Country.

Step inside to an open-concept main floor featuring a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a family feast — stocked with cooking essentials, modern appliances and a coffee bar to fuel your Montana mornings. The adjoining dining area and plush living room with SmartTV and streaming access are ideal for gathering and relaxing after a day of adventure. Three upstairs bedrooms include a master with a king bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Additionally, sleep comfortably in another queen room or in a fun bunk room, perfect for the kids. Rounding out the upstairs level is a small laundry room, perfect for extended stays! Downstairs, you’ll find an additional queen bedroom, a second living area with SmartTV, and a game room complete with pool, foosball and more. There's even a dedicated office and quiet work space, perfect for remote workers or a quick check-in with the office or remain in pure vacation mode and use that space for a few extra air mattresses!

Bring your furry companions along — the Nook on Nebula is pet-friendly, complete with an extra large enclosed dog shed and fenced dog run. And for the humans? Soak in the back patio hot tub, challenge your crew to a game night or enjoy some downtime with a movie and mountain views.

Explore the neighborhood with ease: walk, bike or drive to downtown Livingston shops and eateries, neighborhood parks and walking paths, Treasure Lanes bowling alley or the nearby grocery store. Whether you're here for a destination wedding, skiing at Bridger Bowl, exploring Yellowstone National Park, fly-fishing with friends or simply to slow down and breathe in that fresh mountain air, the Nook on Nebula is your perfect landing pad.

The Nook on Nebula is just a stone’s throw from downtown Livingston, with local shops, restaurants and attractions all within easy walking, biking or driving distance. A quick trip across town brings you to grocery stores and Sacajawea Park, a local gem offering riverside trails, tennis courts, playgrounds and wide-open spaces to roam. Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes from a nearby shop and explore the town like a local — it’s the perfect way to take in Livingston’s charm at your own pace. For bigger adventures, head south on the scenic highway through Paradise Valley toward Yellowstone National Park or hop on the interstate for a quick drive to Bridger Bowl Ski Area and the bustling city of Bozeman.

PETS: Nook on Nebula does allow pets - maximum 2 dogs (pet fee required during booking). Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages. We kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture (especially the white couch), and pick up pet waste on the property.
