🏡 Historic Home Charm

This home is a lovingly updated 1910 Craftsman bungalow, which means you’ll experience authentic character that newer homes simply don’t have. With that charm come a few historic quirks such as original layout features, cozy spaces, and the occasional creaky floorboard, all part of the unique Montana bungalow experience.

🚿 Bathroom Layout

The home has one bathroom, which may feel snug for larger groups. Many guests love the cozy feel, but we recommend keeping this in mind when booking.


🔥 Sauna Use

Our private outdoor sauna is a guest favorite and a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring.

Please note that natural water staining on the cedar wood inside the sauna is completely normal and expected with regular sauna use. These marks are part of the natural aging of the wood and do not indicate the sauna is dirty.

For safety, please follow posted instructions and allow proper cool-down time between sessions. Children should only use the sauna with adult supervision.

🎤 Karaoke Fun

The karaoke machine is meant for fun memory-making not late-night concerts 🙂
Please be respectful of quiet hours 8am-10pm and our neighbors while enjoying this amenity.

Guests are welcome to enjoy our colorful retro cruiser bikes for exploring downtown Livingston.

• Helmets are provided for guest use
• Guests ride at their own risk and discretion
• Please use the provided bike locks whenever the bikes are left unattended
