● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please plan to carpool if necessary.

The main house boasts a spacious and comfortable living area with views of the lake and back porch. The living room then flows into a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating as an addition to the nearby dining table.

Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom providing a peaceful retreat. Down the hall, you`ll find another full bathroom and a queen-size bedroom for additional guests. Climb the stairs to discover a spacious second-floor bedroom offering three queen beds, a full sized bunk bed, and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or larger groups.

Unwind on the covered patio after a day on the lake, or prepare a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool (pictures coming soon!), rinse off under the outdoor shower, or simply relax and soak up the beautiful lake views from your private pier.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
