Our large house located in Liverpool city centre, can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people
It is ideally situated to explore on foot all that Liverpool has to offer. Perfect for large groups or families as the bedrooms are split between the front and rear of the house, giving privacy if needed. Wonderfully quirky interior layout with courtyard. dressing room and cast iron spiral staircase. No need for taxis as everything is within walking distance.
The space
Our house originally a double stable block for the gentry living in prestigious Rodney St. In the 20th century it was a mechanics garage and it became a home in the 1990's. It is a deceptively large house, perfect for visiting groups or families.

The kitchen is well equipped and there is complimentary tea and coffee. We will also put some milk in the fridge, let me know if you prefer a vegan / vegetarian alternative. The dining table extends to seat up to 16. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious lounge offers comfortable seating with a large flat screen tv with freesat, dvd player with dvds, a selection of board games, a slightly out of tune piano and a writing desk.

At the back of the house reached via the cast iron spiral staircase are two bedrooms, each with one double and two single beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower and toilet.

At the front of the house reached via the staircase in the entrance hall there are two bedrooms each with two double beds. There is also a large bathroom with a separate shower cubicle.

At this side of the house there is a dressing room.

The property has a small courtyard.

The house is protected by hard wired smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm is located by the gas boiler for your safety.
Guest access
Guests have access to all of the property and facilities.
Other things to note
Check in is from 3 pm and check out is 11 am If you require late check in (after 9 pm) please let us know otherwise you may lose the booking.

No smoking, pets, parties or events

All towels and bedding is included.

All correspondence is through Airbnb for both our protection.
