Self contained 1 bed flat with bathroom kitchen & living room.
Guest access
The property is a house split into 2 flats. Guests will have access to the ground floor flat and yard.
Other things to note
Families, couples, contractors & working professionals only. Sleeps up to three one flat rate for all guests 1-3, folding bed for a third person. Meet and greet always, neighbour to be at hand if needed. CCTV is at the property to make sure no fraudulent bookings take place that do not fit the advert for families & couples and contractors. Due to previous problems if for any reason suspicious activity is of any concern with the booking the parties will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
