« Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and brand new. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast too. The only negative point is the constant noise in the bedroom. You cannot stop the AC at night and we're not used to it so it was a real bother for us. »

« Room directly next to the bar, literally could have put the bed in the bar and it would have made no difference. Don’t go there if you want ANY sleep. The last person didn’t leave the bar area until midnight so we weren’t able to get any sleep until then. « PK helped me check in, he was very helpful. The next day I needed to speak with someone in the office (noon) and the door was locked. I rang the bell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. My concern was taken care of at that time. There were a couple times that I felt uncomfortable (I was traveling alone). »

« We stayed Apr 23-24th, room 7123 and our room had black mold on the walls.They painted over it but it was bubbled out and was very mushy. Our whole room smelled like mold. « Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun. »
