« So let's get the negative out the way to start. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready which was obviously understandable. We left our car in their free parking, our luggage at the desk and went out for a bite to eat. When we came back at 2:10, our luggage was by the desk unattended and not in a back room and our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 2:30 for our room. Was there any form of apology ?
