« So let's get the negative out the way to start. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready which was obviously understandable. We left our car in their free parking, our luggage at the desk and went out for a bite to eat. When we came back at 2:10, our luggage was by the desk unattended and not in a back room and our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 2:30 for our room. Was there any form of apology ? Nope ! And to top it off, the floor of the room was still...

« Good location but not worth it for amount of money spent. Rip off.. Food is not good. So i recommend not to get all inclusive package. Odor in halways and central area. Need cosmetic work. Need new manager possibly and interior designer. Its not upto standards of 5 stars »

« Przyjechaliśmy rano, zapytaliśmy o naszą rezerwację, recepcjonista nic nie rozumiał, zaprowadził nas do pokoju i powiedział, że noc kosztuje 100 GEL (vs. Rezerwacja 7 GEL). Powiedzieliśmy mu, że tyle nie zapłacimy i się zgodził słowami "no 100 lari, no". Przespalismy się kilka godzin i znowu chciano od nas 100 lari, albo przenieść nas do tańszego pokoju za 50 lari (bez podwójnego łóżka, kabiny prysznicowej, klimatyzacji). Odmowilismy i wyszliśmy. Poinformowalimy kelnera, który chociaż trochę...

« The only good thing I can tell is the wonderful location and the view over the Black Sea. The rest was awfull. The Hotel is not old (2013) but it seems to be 20 years old. Lot’s of damages in the room. The hotel is completely occupied. The bathroom had an extreme smell, as if the sewage pipe was not in order. We tried to change the room, but it was just as bad in the other room. The Breakfast was terrible, there was no real coffee, only coffee pulver (Nescafé generic). However, we did the best...
