There is another house on this property if you wanted to rent it separately for others to join you with your stay. So, grounds will be potentially shared if the other home is occupied. Heat and air are portable units due to the small size of the apartment. The apartment is approximately 300 sq ft.
The apartment is on a property that also has a main home that is also a vacation rental if you needed more space. So, please understand there may be other people on the property staying in the main home. The fire pit is reserved for the main home.
