1. You will have access to the entire unit, you may effortlessly enter the unit via smart lock, granting access to the unit with a simple tap, epitomizing the harmony between technology and convenience. A code will be given to you 24-48 hours prior to your arrival.

2. We have a few units of the same layout and floor plan; hence, similar pictures are in multiple listings.

3. The building is located directly across from UAMS hospital and the emergency entrance. Expect to hear ambulance sirens randomly. While it's not a big issue for most, we recommend air plugs for sound sensitive guests.

4. The building has some entrance steps to walk up from the parking lot.

5. Please ensure that your animal/pets are well-behaved and supervised during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring a maximum of two animals only, please note that additional or unauthorized animals/pets will incur a charge of $150 per pet.

Pet owners are responsible for tidying up the property after taking their animals/pets outdoors. A $50 fee will be added to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after animals/pets.

6. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit/garage. There will be an additional cleaning fee of $500 per incidentals.

7. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
