Recently refreshed and thoughtfully prepared, our ground-floor Little River condo offers a clean, comfortable coastal home base near beaches and golf. Recent improvements include a professional deep clean, serviced central A/C, fresh linens, room-darkening shades, a streamlined kitchen, and completed maintenance throughout. The home shown in our current photos reflects these improvements.

Enjoy stair-free access, an open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The private furnished screened patio is a comfortable spot for morning coffee or relaxing after a day out.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor community pool and shared gas BBQ grill, subject to posted community hours and rules. The pool is reached by a short neighborhood path; it is not a private pool.

The condo has two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub/shower combination. Hot water is provided.

Local markets, restaurants, and everyday essentials are a short drive away.
