Granite countertops stretch across an abundance of cabinetry, giving you plenty of space for meal prep and storage. Full sized appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, along with smaller appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. Whether you are putting together a quick breakfast before heading out or enjoying a laid back dinner at home, everything you need is right at your fingertips. If you prefer to dine out, you are just minutes from a wide variety of local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in just as convenient.

Just off the kitchen, the main living area offers a bright and welcoming space to gather. A large plush sofa easily converts into a queen sized bed, while a loveseat and recliner provide additional seating so everyone can spread out and relax. A flat screen TV sits across the room, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. From here, step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy a bit of fresh air and unwind.

The spiral staircase in the living area leads up to the loft, where you will find a cozy queen sized bed positioned in front of a TV for added comfort. A dresser is also provided so you can unpack and settle in with ease. This loft space connects to the primary bathroom, which features a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and a toilet.

Back on the main level, the second bedroom area is ideal for kids or additional guests. This space includes a twin over full bunk bed along with a standalone twin bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests.

The shared bathroom is also located on the main level and includes a shower and tub combination, vanity sink with mirror, and a toilet. A starter set of toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, is provided so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive.

Please note that this property has a minimum booking age requirement of 21. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old, and failure to meet this requirement may result in fines or eviction.
