« The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. Since there are lock boxes it would be very easy to supply the lock box code on the confirmation email; with the...

« Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. »

"Overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a triple room on the top floor, and the view was great! The room was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was generally clean. One minor issue was the bathroom fan - it automatically turned on with the light and made quite a loud noise. The staff at the reception desk were okay, but not particularly friendly. "

"Hôtel de centre ville proche de toutes commodités Personnels très serviables et bonne qualité de service meme si malheureusement le spa était fermé. Pour info, l’hôtel est situé à une zone proche d’un centre d’accueil de homeless mais nous n’avons eu aucun problème "
