« Roxanne the manager on duty was great! She was very attentive and kind and funny with jokes. She was smiling from the time we checked in until the day we checked out and always asked if everything was going well and if I needed anything any time she saw me in the lobby etc. Rest of the staff was friendly and kind as well and met all our needs while we stayed. We typically don’t ask for much :). Would def stay again! »

« I would have given at least a good rating were it not for the fact that our room was on a floor that was being renovated. The hallway was a complete mess and the smell of plaster was rather unpleasant. The room itself was fine but the hotel should have closed that floor for use while the renovation was being done. »

« Overall the 3 night stay was good. The only issues were that on the last night I requested a wake up call that did not happen. Luckily I also set an alarm on my phone. Also the flush handle on the toilet was loose on the last night making it very hard to flush. »

« I had spent already a few days at another hotel in Athens. The Quality Inn is well named. People at the front desk were amazingly friendly and nice. Very courteous. The hotel is quite, it is not on a passing road or street. I slept wonderfully well. Breakfast was great (lots of choice, plenty to eat). The hotel is well kept and clean. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return there. Thank you. »

« You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead »
