« The staff was friendly and accommodating and did a great job maintaining the facility. Spoke with someone with the staff every day and you could tell they cared about our stay. One member even knew our family that lives in the area. »

« Loved it except no central air. Had everything we needed and wanted. »

« Very quaint »

« Very good value for an overnight stay. Comfortable bed. Easy parking and access. »

« We stayed one night as we were traveling out to Glacier. What a cute charming place to stay! We had 4 in our group which worked out well with the upper loft area »

« Conveniently located, affordable, friendly staff, and nice pool facilities! »

« Breakfast was good. Hotel just seemed a little run down. »

« It wasn't absolutely horrible. It just felt dank or off. First time I've ever not been able to take it. We went into the room and just kind of laughed and then quietly left and found a different place. Keep in mind it was only like 110$ »

« Quick check-in, clean and good stay got the value. »

« We think the history of Cragun's is really neat. We enjoyed the views from our room and the food at Lakehouse Bar and Grill. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Due to the age and additions of the resort, it does not have the most mobility friendly environment and it was difficult for my older parents. There are many steps and levels. We also think for the price paid for a room, supplies for the "kitchen" area - such as dish soap and hand and drying towels should be provided for ALL rooms....

« The cabin was very clean and cute and had a lot of games to play when indoors. Items that could be improved: some outdoor games; there was not a drainer stopper in the kitchen sink (and the sink was very small); the main bedroom shower floor was little rocks and some were a little pokey on the feet; flannel sheets on the bed in July is an odd choice; the outdoor grill was not usable - the grates on it were not clean and were in bad shape, plus it appears only two of the burners were working. »

« My room was right on the water with a large belcony and an electric fire place. Pool and hot tub open year round. Bar and restuarant on site. Great place. »
