This bright and stylish air-conditioned duplex apartment blends traditional Lisbon character with contemporary comfort, perfect for couples, families, digital nomads, or friends. With flexible sleeping arrangements and a peaceful yet central location, it’s an ideal base for exploring the city or working remotely.



🛏 Sleeping Arrangements:

Upstairs: 1 serene double bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, ensuite bathroom, cozy sloped ceiling. COMING SOON: Decorative headboard.

Downstairs: 1 compact but functional twin bedroom with two 80x200cm single beds - great for kids or friends.

Living Room: 1 double sofabed (140x200cm) available on request - just let us know when booking so it is ready for your arrival.



🛁 Bathrooms:

Private ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom (shower).

Additional full bathroom on the ground floor for extra convenience.



❄️ Comfort Features:

Enjoy personalised comfort with individual A/C units in both bedrooms and the living room - perfect for Lisbon's warm summers or cozy winters.

Excellent Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, and stylish lighting throughout.



🍽️ Living & Kitchen Area:

An open-plan layout with a modern grey kitchen and decorative blue tiles, fully equipped for cooking at home. Enjoy meals at the round white dining table, and unwind on the black sofa while streaming your favourites on the 50'' smart TV.

The space will soon be accented with Lisbon-themed prints and Tram 28 photography, giving it extra charm and photo appeal.



🚗 One parking spot available for a limited period (13 Nov 2025 – 31 Mar 2026 for bookings made on or after 13 Nov 2025). We are pleased to offer parking during this period. One space is located right opposite the apartment (limited availability) or if not available additional parking is available around 10 minutes’ walk away. Please contact us in advance to reserve, as spaces are limited. (Parking is not available outside these dates.) Maximum car height 1.90m
