The home sits 1.5 stories up with no lift, accessible via a private entrance currently undergoing renovation. The steps may feel a bit steep, but the views and tranquility at the top are worth it.
Parking & Access Because the property is located on a private road, cars cannot drive directly to the front door. We recommend dropping off passengers and luggage, then walking the remaining 30 meters. Street parking and parking garages are available nearby.

Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a cool and restful night’s sleep in any season. Additional mobile AC units and fans are placed throughout the home to maintain comfort during warmer days, while heaters are available for the cooler months.
Please be aware: The apartment is 80m² and, while thoughtfully laid out, it may feel compact when fully occupied. If you're booking for 10 guests, two of the sleeping spaces will be on a high-quality sleeper sofa located in the living room.
While the apartment does not have central air conditioning, four mobile AC units help regulate the temperature in common areas and bedrooms.
