This charming 84m² loft-style apartment, with a terrace and modern industrial decor designed to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Lisbon and its attractions.

Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room, with its impressive high ceilings, is equipped with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, perfect for relaxing and watching TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, stove hob, microwave, and oven to help you in your daily life.

Access to the main balcony is conveniently located next to the bedroom area on the upper floor, where you can enjoy the outdoors with privacy overlooking the inner courtyard. There is also a second balcony in the living room overlooking the town square.

The bedroom, located on the mezzanine, is harmoniously decorated with a double bed and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings, benefiting from plenty of natural light. Please note that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so natural light may interfere with sleep for those sensitive to it.

The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms (a service one on the lower floor and a full one on the upper floor) feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The apartment has internal stairs to access the bedroom, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Largo do Intendente is famous for its bohemian and multicultural atmosphere, where classic tiled architecture coexists harmoniously with specialty coffee shops, lively terraces, and iconic design stores like "A Vida Portuguesa". The energy here is contagious and artistic, perfect for those seeking an authentic experience, away from tourist traps but close to the action.

The location is strategic for exploring Lisbon's treasures on foot. In just a few minutes, you can reach Martim Moniz Square (starting point of the legendary Tram 28) and climb up to the Graça or Senhora do Monte viewpoints, which offer the best panoramic views over the Castle and the Tagus River. The descent to Baixa, Rossio, and the elegant Chiado is a short and pleasant walk, placing the historic centre in the palm of your hand.

Beyond experiencing the heart of the capital, this address offers exceptional connectivity for discovering the region. With the Intendente metro station literally at your doorstep and a short distance from Rossio Train Station, it is extremely easy and convenient to take unforgettable day trips. In about 40 minutes, you can be exploring the fairytale palaces of the town of Sintra (UNESCO Heritage) or relaxing on the sunny beaches of Cascais.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There are bus stops in the surrounding streets, with several lines, and Intendente and Martim Moniz metro stations are just less than 450 meters away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
