Bright and welcoming, the living room is the heart of the apartment:

Kitchen

- The kitchen keeps its charming retro tiles but is fully modernized for everyday cooking. You’ll find: fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.
- A second glazed balcony opens from here, with a washing machine and natural light, making it a practical and functional space.

Bedrooms

- The main bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, dresser, and access to a private glazed balcony with a table for two, a quiet spot to unwind.
- The second bedroom features two single beds and a built-in closet, ideal for children or friends.

Note: In the main bedroom, the bed can also be arranged as two single beds. Please inform us in advance if you would prefer this setup.

Bathroom

- A compact yet functional bathroom with bathtub.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment is located in São João do Estoril, a peaceful seaside neighborhood between Cascais and Lisbon. Within a short walk you’ll find three beaches — Praia da Poça, Praia da Azarujinha, and Praia de São João do Estoril — perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or a morning stroll along the coast.

The train station is just 400m away, connecting you easily to Cascais (a 5-minute ride) or Lisbon (about 30 minutes). Around the apartment you’ll also find local cafés, bakeries, and small shops where you can enjoy the authentic everyday rhythm of Estoril life.

It’s a convenient and relaxed base for exploring the region, whether you want lazy beach days, a trip to Cascais’ historic center, or cultural outings in Lisbon.

Getting around is simple and convenient. The São João do Estoril train station is just 400m from the apartment, connecting you to Cascais in 5 minutes and central Lisbon in about 30 minutes - no need for a car.

Locally, most essentials are within walking distance: cafés, bakeries, and grocery stores. For exploring the coastline, the seaside promenade takes you all the way to Cascais, perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling.

If you’re driving, street parking is available but paid and subject to availability.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
