We would like to warn you that as typically of the area, the building has no elevator and therefore we do not recommend this lovely apartment if you have an issue with walking up stairs. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is ideal for two people but can accommodate up to 4 guests (the sofa bed is 1.4m wide). It is well soundproofed, which is uncommon for the area.

The apartment has one bedroom with a Double-Bed and a delightful natural lighting from the skylight!

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV with over 100 channels - but the Castle View from the window is much better! - and a sofa-bed prepared to accommodate 2 more guests.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and iron.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

This spacious loft apartment is close to many attractions, with Largo Martim Moniz at your doorstep and you can look out from the windows onto the picturesque Lisbon rooftops and the Castle of São Jorge.
Within the vicinity you can enjoy the charm of the Mouraria neighborhood, the local commerce, a number of traditional cafés & restaurants and a local supermarket. It’s also a short walk to Alfama, Graça and Baixa (Lisbon's downtown).
The apartment is extremely well connected by public transport, the historic nº28 tram route is on our doorstep; it is a 2 minutes walk to the ‘Martim Moniz’ metro station, served by the green line and there are several bus routes.
You’ll be a 3 minute walk to the first stop of the legendary 28 Tram, 3 minute walk to the 12 Tram, 3 minute walk to the Martim Moniz subway station. And only a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous Rossio Train Station that whisks you to picturesque Sintra and other picturesque towns.

Some attractions you can easily walk to:
• Alfama (famous neighborhood with castle entrance): only 6 minutes
• Rossio Square (nicest square): only 7 minutes
• Baixa/Chiado (historic downtown): only 7 minutes
• Miradouro Portas do Sol (one of the best viewing point in Lisbon): only 10 minutes
• Praça do Comércio (archway and waterfront square): only 14 minutes

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is by far the subway, with a 35-40 minutes ride. The closest subway station (Martim Moniz) is within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

￫ Cars
If you have a rental car, please notice that there's no free parking in the area.
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

Please note that there are no free parking around the property.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
