Street sounds, nearby conversations and music may be heard, especially in the evenings, at weekends and during the Santos Populares celebrations in June. - Sound insulation is limited, as is common in older Lisbon buildings. This circumstance is beyond our control and rarely happens, but it is a possibility when the river tide changes. → For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately.
