Z+Z Cottage - 1 bedroom + loft

Kick back and relax in our cozy keepsake by the lake. This little cottage has been in the family for four generations, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years. A stone's throw to Pymatuning Lake shore, you can be on the lake within minutes. Centrally located, a short drive to Andover, Jamestown, or Conneaut Lake. The cottage sits on a half acre grass lot, with a wrap around deck that spans two sides of the house- one under-roof, the other area open to sunshine.

The vaulted ceiling really opens up the small footprint. Kitchen is fully equipped with full size fridge, apartment size gas range, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes and utensils, pots, pans and basic spices, etc. Table seating for 4. Test out the popcorn maker and seasonings!!

Living Room seating consists of generous loveseat with ottoman, two rocking chairs. Wall mounted TV with Roku for streaming.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with two nightstands. Bedside table lamps have USB outlets for phone charging. Wall-mounted oscillating fan with remote for air circulation.

Bathroom has a wall to wall vanity with a large vessel sink. The shower stall has a european shower system to help offset the effects of water conservation - includes piano key controls with rain style showerhead and handheld wand. The cottage is on a well. The hot water tank is small, and set very hot - with the understanding that it will go farther, since less needs to be mixed with the cold. Long steamy showers are not a luxury this cottage affords us.

Spare room is setup as luggage and dressing room. Wall mounted hooks and hangers available.

Loft is accessible by ladder only- sleeping arrangements include 2 twin beds.
