« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out
It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout
They found us a room and showed us the way
Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay
The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile
It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile
We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings
It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting

« Staff was great ! We got there at 1AM with the family the attended was quick and helpful at check in, the room was clean and the place was quiet. They are under renovation so it was cold in the lobby during breakfast but other than that Iâm sure we would go back if needed on our way up North again! »
