« This house is a 4B/2 bath. 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 tiny room. 2 bathrooms and each has an outdoor shower, which was great. There is a pool and hot tub. We did not love our stay. The house was not ready at 4pm check-in - we arrived to cleaners wrapping up. Other issues: [1] washer/dryer was broken so we had to use the same towels, sheets, clothes all week. We were informed of this less than 1 hour before check in. The host was not proactive—we had to demand he send someone to pick up laundry, but...

« The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort. »
