« Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in...

« House itself was as advertised and worked great for us. Two small items were the kitchen table is extremely beat up/shaky and they were some ants in the kitchen but those were manageable. Big issue is the host is completely unresponsive. We didn’t get checkout instructions in advance and the host didn’t reply when we asked for them in the Vrbo app. We had to contact customer support to get the host’s number and then they still took hours to respond (and didn’t answer a call either).
