« We are an older company and this rental was extremely thought out in all areas. All amenities were top notch and anything you possibly could need, other than linens and towels, were there. The decor just captures a beach vacation, very well appointed. The home was very clean and each space was set up for comfort and convenience. Several Pine trees surround the property, therefore a bit of pine needles do make ground level a little messy, however, my doggie didn’t want to leave, completely safe...

« We always go away in spring with our daughter and her family as a Christmas gift. This property was fantastic for an infant (14 months) the living room had a round coffee table that was the perfect size and we placed his tub of toys in front of the fire place to block it. Just enjoy room to walk around. And couches were comfortable! »

« I used to live in The Palms so it was a no brainer to rent a place when I had to work in the area for a month. The condo was great, clean and quiet. Just a couple of small things. I know Rehoboth but for those who don’t an updated info folder would be great. The dryer did take multiple cycles to dry stuff but I had read this in a previous review so was prepared and I hang dry most stuff so I bought a drying rack. Loved my time there and made me miss my old place. »

« Had a wonderful impromptu getaway. We weren’t sure if we wanted to be closer to the ocean or on the bay. Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. The home had everything we were looking for/needed inside. Only thing that was awkward for us was having to bring towels and linens- I’ve never been requested to do that and had to find some xl twin sheets via friends. We are already making plans for...

« Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs. »

« This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were close to everything. We were able to bring out dog and because we were there in April she was able to be on the beach. The cottage was perfect for the three of us. We didn’t need to use the washer/dryer or the dishwasher, but it was nice to know they were there if needed. The little neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We are planning on making the April trip an annual event and will hopefully be able to rent this again. »

« A nice place to land while visiting the beach. The winding stairwell to second floor is narrow and steep..not for the elderly or handicapped. The layout is nice and the location is central to town. Overall, a nice, quiet place to stay. »
