Our professional housekeeping team follows a rigorous multi-point sanitization process, including photo-verification of every room by our management team prior to your check-in. Mid-Stay Refresh Options
For guests enjoying extended stays, we offer optional Mid-Stay Refresh services. This allows you to maintain a hotel-fresh feeling throughout your visit. Services include a full linen refresh, kitchen reset, trash removal, and light cleaning of all high-touch surfaces.

Smoke-Free & Pet-Friendly Policy
To preserve the integrity of our mountain interiors and luxury furnishings, we maintain strict property standards.
- Smoking Policy: This is a strictly smoke-free chalet. Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a odor-remediation fee up to $2,000.
- Pet Policy: We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog applies. To protect the home, pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

Mountain Living & Neighborhood Respect
The chalet is located in a peaceful residential community. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, we observe the following:
- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
- No Unauthorized Events: Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Policy Enforcement: Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Arrival & Security
- Parking: On-site parking is provided. Please refer to your check-in instructions for specific driveway or garage access for this chalet.
- Winter Travel: Given the New Hampshire terrain, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months.
- Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points. There are no cameras in interior spaces.

Family-Friendly Amenities
We are happy to arrange a high chair or Pack ’n Play upon request to ensure your family is comfortable from the moment you arrive.
