The Rasen Stay is a beautifully restored traditional stone cottage, thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The cottage sleeps two guests and features a cosy double bedroom with quality linens, a modern bathroom with both a bath and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen suited to both short and longer stays.

The living area offers comfortable seating and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+.

Outside, there is a small private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or some fresh air.

Located on a quiet residential street, the cottage is just a 5-minute walk from historic Lincoln, as well as a great selection of coffee shops and restaurants. Free on-street parking is available nearby, with secure long-stay parking within easy walking distance, full parking details will be included with your booking information.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire cottage during their stay, including the private outdoor area.

Access is via self check-in using a key safe, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. Full arrival instructions, including parking guidance and key safe details, will be shared 24–48 hours before check-in to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

We respect our guests’ privacy and aim to make your stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible. You’ll enjoy complete independence throughout your visit, with self check-in on arrival.

No parties or events
The Rasen Stay is a peaceful retreat and is not suitable for parties, gatherings, or celebrations.
No pets
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate pets at the property.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage or anywhere on the property. Smoking area is allocated in the garden.
Respect for neighbours
Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and night hours.
Maximum occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
