Family get together instead of Christmas presents

We chose the house because it was equidistant for everyone to travel to. We had 3 cars and there was ample parking for all of them. The house & gardens were amazing.We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ (although it is different from the photo ) Everyone commented on how comfy and luxurious the bed/bedding was. The layout of the kitchen and dining area is better than the photos too and we enjoyed breakfast and playing games & dominoes on the table. The Friendship inn provided an excellent venue for Fridays evening meal and is literally 2 minutes walk away. Sam’s communication was very prompt and helpful and we all highly recommend the property as a place to stay.Thank you for helping us make great memories.

Beautiful home

Fabulous stay at this fully stocked home. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful garden. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable and it was a perfect size house for 6 adults. Hot tub was wonderful too.

Weekend break

5 ladies went on this weekend and the house was beautiful. Well equipped, lovely garden and hot tub. The area is very quiet and we all slept great. The beds were so comfy. We ventured off into Lincoln city which was a 15-20 min taxi ride. All in all we had a great time.

Lovely cottage for a stay in Lincolnshire

Absolutely beautiful cottage, very modern with great facilities, comfortable beds and quiet location and the hot tub was incredible. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place in lovely scenery

We checked in for two nights over a very cold snap to celebrate my birthday. First night with our kids (8 & 11) who loved the house, their room was made up with twin beds which was so helpful of Sam, and the hot tub was easily accessed from the living room doors, so they loved that too. The second day our friends came to join us and were so impressed with the house. Sam came round to check on the hot tub and we used it again that night. Just an FYI for visitors, there is no shop nearby so make sure you grab your food / drink items on the way. Sam had left a lovely basket of treats and some milk / coffee / tea, which was a lovely touch. All in all a superb visit, highly recommended.

Beautiful property in a quiet village

A peaceful 3 bedroom cottage in a lovely location. The cottage is finished to a really high standard, the beds are really comfortable and the kitchen really well equipped, although no microwave but I think one will be added very soon! The hot tub is wonderful. Sam, the host, left us some lovely snacks a a very thoughtful pint of milk for a cuppa as soon as we arrived. Everything has been thought about to make it a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it. Nearby Doddington Hall is a great place to visit and it's only 15 minutes drive to Lincoln. We'd definitely stay here again.

Gourleys cottage

We loved our 3 nights away. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything we needed (apart from no microwave) We all loved the hot tub in the evenings star gazing. Would highly recommend to family & friends. Thanks Sam

High quality accommodation

The pictures don't do the property justice, it is truly a great place to stay. Hot tub with lots of outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. Artificially grass so no avoiding wet grass in inclement weather. Trampoline and goal posts all add to a great outdoor space. The indoor space is very generous also. 3 large bedrooms, one on-suite, with 2 king and one super king beds makes sleeping easy. High quality bedding add the final touch. Bathrobes are also included, very unusual. Well equipped large kitchen and dinning room and a comfy lounge to curl up in. If you book this property you won't be disappointed, 5 Star accommodation.

Excellent Luxury Propery

Wow!! What a great property. The house was decorated with the love and care of it being somebody's home. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds/bedding and towels all of an excellent standard. The garden is beautiful and well furnitured, the highlight being the luxury hot tub. The property is just a short drive to Lincoln, where we visited the historic centre and fabulous Cathedral. We had an excellent weekend celebrating my Father's 80th birthday and all agreed that we would not hesitate to return again. Thank you Sam for sharing such a lovely property.

Lincolnshire Weekend Break.

A fantastic, well maintained, beautiful cottage in a quiet location not too far from Lincoln. Our host Samantha was always on hand to answer any questions immediately. Awsome garden with hot tub and bbq. Will defo be back. Great price for the stay as well. Lots of little touches that made the weekend special.

Exceptional cottage

Stayed for 3 nights in August with family - age ranges from 10 to 86 - the property was suitable for all of us - kids enjoyed the hot tub and trampoline and the adults the outside space in the garden (as we had great weather). Cottage is of a high spec and Sam the owner was great with communication and help when needed. Would def stay again - thanks Sam for having us all.

Amazing!

5* quality accommodation. Perfect location, secluded but not remote. Fully equipped for self catering. Several toilets/bathrooms make it perfect for families and large groups. The hot tub and beautifully kept garden make it an even more pleasant experience. Kids will love the trampoline and outdoor space. There's also the added bonus of Netflix and Disney+ to keep the kids entertained. Suitable for families with young children. Would fully recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

Our party of 6 ladies had a wonderful stay, the property was clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The host was fantastic she had thought of everything you might need while you enjoy your stay and more. We would all definitely stay again. Five star 🌟

Stunning property

3 night stay over Easter

We had a fantastic time staying at this property for 3 nights over Easter. The cottage is lovely and facilities excellent. We had some great weather so even got the barbecue on. The hot tub was also fantastic. The host was very helpful, we requested some extra towels and Sam brought them round straightaway! Thanks Sam, we'll definitely stay again.
