This condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertop- pots and pans, a toaster, basic cooking utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. There is an assortment of coffee, creamer and sugar. The first bedroom is spacious with a queen sized bed and has a walk-in closet with hangers provided. The second bedroom is a small bedroom with a twin sized bed; perfect for one guest or a child. The bathroom offers a tub shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided. There is a smart TV in the living room with Roku access. This will allow you to login to your streaming services, such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. Cable is not provided, but many channels and news networks can be accessed through Roku Channel. There is a numbered parking stall that allows guests one free parking spot. Street parking is available for additional vehicles.

This condo is in a non-smoking building. This building has been non-smoking for 10 years, when the building was completely renovated from the ground up. The building is also all electric, therefore a carbon monoxide detector is not needed. This is a main floor unit just a few steps down to the door of the condo.
