You’ll love our newly renovated 1 Bedroom Condo with new kitchen and gorgeous granite counter top! Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV with cable TV, Free HBO and Roku for your favorite streaming service. Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Our new reclaimed redwood accent wall and wooden laminate floor brings a touch of rustic luxury. Relax in comfort in our newly renovated private bathroom. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. On site coin-operated laundry, free parking, free shuttle service to Loon Mountain During Ski Season.

This is a private Hotel/Condo with full resort amenities for your enjoyment! You`ll love our indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, access to the Pemigewasett River, Great Room with fireplace, large common deck that faces Loon Mountain, game room, billiard room and on site laundry.

I live off premises but I do frequent the area. I typically answer all messages promptly

Lots of wonderful things to do and see.
The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire.
Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.

Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Propert was great! Exactly as described. Did not have time to use any of the amenities but the fireplace in the common area was beautiful. Host responded in a timely manner. Would highly recommend! Convenient to stores, restaurants and attractions.

Perfect getaway for a ski trip!

This was perfect for me and my 3 friends who wanted to go skiing at Loon. It was 5 mins away from the mountain and had so many awesome perks! Extremely clean and cozy. Plus the pool and Hot tub were indoors which was nice. The lobby was perfect for food and games too. Rick was incredibly timely with his responses and a great host!

Quaint 1 bdrm in a great spot

We loved our short stay in Lincoln and this unit was perfect for my wife and I. The room was very inviting and the ideal spot for a long weekend get-a-way. The check in process was seamless and the unit was very clean. The Lodge is within walking distance of restaurants and Lincoln is so small that everything you need is within a 3-4 minute drive. We recommend a drive on the Kancamagus Hwy in the White Mtns, plenty of hiking and a very scenic drive. Also, cross over I-93 into Woodstock for a beautiful small town with shops and places to eat.

This condo was perfect! Rick was a great communicator and host. Would most definitely book again! We have a handicapped child and we had everything we needed to keep her comfortable. One level,wide enough doors. She loved the plushy bed. Close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. We just had a great time. Love Lincoln

Clean, Comfortable, & Prime Location

Family of 5 (14, 11, & 9yo kids). This condo felt so clean, was very comfortable, and was designed and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed Loon Mountain, ziplining, hiking, and the building's pool, hot tub, ping pong, and arcade. Owner was great to work with and responsive. Highly recommend!

Quick winter getaway

Our family of 4 spent 2 nights in Lincoln for a little getaway. The condo was clean and very cozy! The amenities were great! Kids 4&8 loved the pool and surprisingly the common area with fire place to play games. The arcade was fun but small and costly, but we didn’t mind. They also have ping pong and a pool table. We walked to dinner both nights. Black Mtn Burger was delicious and great service, Gordis personally was just ok for steak and seafood. Also checked out the local candy store Chutters, which the kids loved! All in all we went with no real plans and had a great time just getting in some quality family time! Will for sure stay again!

Pleasant Stay, Great Location

Rick was very friendly, super communicative, and very helpful during the entire stay. It was our first VRBO experience and it went very well. The directions to access the unit and the do’s/don’ts were straight forward and easy to follow. The room was recently redone and was so beautifully charming- just as the pictures! The room was very clean, spacious, bed and linens comfortable, easy to access on the main floor with a small outdoor patio. There was enough space for everyone to sleep with the pullout bed and air mattress. TVs had access to Netflix, Hulu, etc so kids watched movies in one room and parents could watch something else in the living room. The kitchenette area with island was great - it had everything we needed which included granola bars and oatmeal (thank you!) Although the property decor itself is a bit dated, it was still clean and in a great location! Having an updated room offset it. Location was great! Walking distance or short drive to everything. The older kids enjoyed the ping pong, air hockey, and the pool table available down near the pool area. And the main lodge area with fireplace and views of the mountain trails was nice. There is a shuttle that picks up at the hotel and brings you directly to Loon Mountain. No hassling with parking and there really was no wait. We would certainly stay again in this room! The ease of everything and spacious, updated room made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My brother- & sister-in law, my husband and I rented this condo for a little kid-free weekend getaway and it was perfect! Only 5 minutes from the mountain (skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing), and an array of restaurants and stores downtown. The condo was immaculately clean and very well decorated. The mini kitchen had everything we needed for our at-home meals and the beds were super cozy and comfortable. The owner was very kind, thorough with his instructions, always accessible and made sure we had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

We had a great time at the condo. The space is newly renovated & had enough room for two adults, a toddler (we brought a pack n play) and a six year old (sofa bed). Rick & staff were so helpful & communicative, and so friendly that I didn’t realize until late at night that I’d checked in two hours early! So road-weary from a cross country drive & iCal time difference issue. Oops. The rest of the hotel is a bit older, but the pools, hot tub & game room more than made up the difference. Great to soak after a day of hiking! The river access is wonderful. And a perfect spot to show off my native stomping grounds to my Texan kids.
