The Grey Lady - A Serene Oceanview Coastal Getaway

Welcome to The Grey Lady. Inspired by the upscale, yet laid back charm of fog-swept Nantucket, the other Grey Lady, this oceanfront escape at Surftides Plaza welcomes you to have a uniquely designed getaway as you watch the waves by the fireplace. With modern amenities softened by nautical antique accents, this home tells a story that sets it apart from other rentals and gives guests a one of a kind experience. Relaxing and light with touches of cozy moodiness - The Grey Lady beckons you to the Oregon Coast.

The open concept living room and kitchen all have views of the ocean, complete with modern amenities and a private balcony. The back bedroom and bathroom with shower/tub is an oasis for relaxing. Even when the weather doesn’t behave, you can still get your fill of ocean views from the warmth of the fireplace. For stays with more than 2 guests, the sofa in the living room pulls out into a full sized bed. We will leave out extra sheets for the sofa bed for these stays. Please note that this unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building.

We love animals here and are thrilled to welcome your pet (with additional fee), but this isn’t the best place for pets prone to chewing, destroying, or excessive noise. Please do not leave your pets unattended if they get anxious and make noise when you are gone. Please keep this in mind before booking, along with those who have pet allergies.

Additionally, there is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony, per condo rules. There is a $200 fine from the complex if you or any of your guests are caught smoking on the balcony, plus additional fees for mitigating smoke smells inside the apartment if anyone smokes inside the unit.
