With space for up to 16, The Perch makes a beautiful seaside getaway for family and friends wanting the luxury of home set against the rugged beauty of the Pacific Ocean. You'll love the glorious views from every room. With comfortable seating and a warm fireplace, your biggest decision may be which to watch, the para-sailors touching down on the waves outside or the action on any of our six flatscreen TVs, or surfing the web with GIG speeds. The gamers in your family will love the ultra-fast speed.

If entertained is what you'd like to be, the upstairs game room at The Perch delivers. With a fireplace, entertainment center, mini-pool and ping-pong table, plus professional Cyclone Foosball Table, and two sets of twin bunk beds, you could lose yourself in play. Downstairs in the game room hang out and shoot some pool and watch the game on the extra large TV. When you're too tired to strike up another game, you can slip off to bed in either the king or queen bedrooms or maybe crash in the vaulted ceiling sleeping space complete with a king bed and gas fireplace. No matter which bed you choose, you're going to get a delicious night's sleep.

If closer to the beach is where you'd like to be, you'll want to snag one of the downstairs bedrooms. It's just a step through the sliding doors in the queen room to your own private beach access. Bunk beds and the primary bath adjoin the queen room, making it a perfect for parents and kids to get a good night's rest.

Rested and relaxed is how you'll feel after a soak in the oceanfront hot tub on our expansive deck. The Perch boasts the best sunset views in the Pacific Northwest. After a day beachcombing or strolling through town shopping, popping into the galleries, or enjoying your favorite games at Chinook Winds Casino, you'll be ready to for an amazing meal.

While you could choose one of the many tasty restaurants in town, our kitchen will make dining-in a true treat. Our kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a convection oven with gas range on a spacious kitchen island. Between the bar and high-top kitchen table, you'll have plenty of room for cooking like a true chef. That is, of course, if you're not distracted by the expansive ocean views. If you are, you might want to cook over the barbeque outdoors.

Nothing says Pacific Northwest like an evening under the stars watching the tides roll in, except maybe long days spent strolling on the beach and chasing the waves. Nothing eases the tensions of daily life like a little ocean-style pampering. You can have that right here, at The Perch at Roads End, where luxury awaits.

Sea Perch also features an EV charger to plug in your Tesla or other EV's with the supplied adapter. You can have three vehicles at this home.
