When you add in our central location that is close to shopping and dining as well as our easy beach access, we think it makes Don’t Worry, Beach Happy the best spot to take it all in! 



This charming condo is perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook up a delicious meal to enjoy with your family and friends. The whole condo is decorated to give you the best beachy vibes you could ask for! With two fireplaces, two TVs and a full bathroom, what could be better? This condo also has a queen bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a full-size sleeper sofa.



There are so many things to see; enjoy it all on your private balcony; Don’t Worry, Beach Happy! Don't forget about our game room on site. These amenities are sure to please your family during your visit at Surftides Plaza Condominiums.

2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
