Located on the top floor, enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony, or wander down to the easy beach access on the property. Up to 6 can sleep on a King bed as well was a queen bed and sleeper sofa in the living room. A gas fireplace, stocked kitchen, and bathtub make this cozy condo perfect for a family vacation. Guests also enjoy access to the HOA-maintained pool as well as commercial Wi-Fi.

No 320 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately-owned, one bed, one-bathroom family suite. Located on the top floor, enjoy stunning ocean views from the balcony, or wander down to the easy beach access on the property. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
