The Space:

Unit 110 is one of only a few privately owned studio condos on the ground floor with a King bed for up to 2 people, and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and appliances.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
