The Space:

This charmingly appointed condo boasts unique touches that make it feel like your home away from home! Enjoy the privacy of the king bed in the bedroom, or opt for the queen sofa sleeper in the living room to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. The living room highlights a gas fireplace to enjoy a cozy stay on even the rainiest of Oregon Coast days. When it comes time to get ready for the day's adventures, you'll find two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready! 



Lover Buoy also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, microwave, and a small dining table to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.



The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-Fi and cable TV throughout the complex, as well as an indoor swimming pool and a game room. Surftides Plaza Condominiums also features close and easy beach access, so guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.



Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino, but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have private beach access on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
