Cute and Cuttley is a cozy oceanfront studio that sleeps four with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and bathroom. We're just a block from the beach with private access, plus you can enjoy our indoor game room. One well-behaved pet is welcome (standard fee applies).



The Space:

Cozy up and get ready to enjoy Condo 153, Cute and Cuttley! This adorable condo hosts miles of sensational ocean views that you can get lost in for hours. When you add in our central location that is close to shopping and dining as well as our easy beach access, we think it makes Cute and Cuttley a perfect spot to take it all in! 



This delightful studio is perfect for a restful coastal getaway. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make all of your favorite comfort foods. The beautiful kitchen countertop and matching vanity definitely gives this condo a sophisticated touch to its overall beachy vibe. This studio has a queen bed with additional sleeping in the living area by way of a queen-size sleeper sofa, making for a perfect space to anchor down, “cuttle” up, and watch some entertainment on the Smart TV.



What could make your coastal getaway even cozier? How about watching the glory of a beach sunrise on your very own private balcony! Don't forget about our game room on site. These amenities are sure to please your family during your visit at Surftides Plaza Condominiums.

Please note that this unit only allows 1 pet with pet fee. 



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.

Getting Around:

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



Pets are family, too! One furry loved one is permitted in Cute and Cuttley. A $69 standard pet fee applies.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 30 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
