    This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering room to spread out while still feeling cozy and connected. The home features a variety of sleeping options to suit your group, including King and Queen beds, a Twin trundle under the bunk bed, and an additional Twin sofa bed in the game room. Thoughtful coastal décor, modern finishes, and family-friendly amenities create a relaxed atmosphere that feels like home from the moment you arrive.



    After a day of beachcombing, whale watching, hiking, or golfing, return home to unwind. Quiet Beach Getaway

This would be a great place to stay for a couple’s retreat or a family getaway. Rooms are clean and comfortable and you get the bonus of a kitchen and hot tub.

Absolutely perfect place for our getaway. The home was clean, inviting, and very home-y! A very quiet neighborhood, as many of the nearby homes are vacation rentals. Very close to beautiful beaches and many attractions! This will be a place we will remember for years to come!

Heaven away from Home

Property is beautiful convenient to everything including just walking a block to the beach. QUIET is the best with all the luxury of a grand suite. Definitely will be back here in 6 mths for next tourney.

This house is newer and very comfortable for Lincoln City. We used the hot tub every night! Kitchen is great for making meals, and living spacious for 6 adults. Very pleased.

The house was clean and it’s in a nice central location in Lincoln City. Not far from beach access but no views of the ocean. House was stocked with everything we needed.

Nice, comfortable home

We enjoyed our stay at Gone Coastal. The home had some wear and tear but it was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The hot tub was a great perk for our evenings since our toddler would go to bed early. We also appreciated the nice beach within walking distance. The tide pools were very fun! Maybe around Labor Day was a bad weekend, but there was a lot of police presence in our neighborhood and a bit through town while we were there. The home, however, was everything we needed and more!

Great family home!

The house was as represented online. It was perfect location and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Our only negative feedback is the use of scented laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. We had to wash everything with hypoallergenic detergent when we arrived as our family is allergic.

Nice house with great amenities! Conveniently located very close to easy beach access and town. Good layout with plenty of room and privacy for all. Lots and lots of towels and even more for the hot tub. Kitchen had new appliances and lots of dishes/glasses, silverware and cleaning supplies. (Although it lacked a few cookware items, food storage containers and a vegetable steamer or insert). The hot tub was very relaxing and surrounded by nice shrubbery. Even enjoyed perfect September weather! Only downside was 10:00 AM checkout (and 4:00 PM check-in) which seems unreasonable.

Beach House

It was a great location to the beach access. The house was a little smaller than I thought but it had most everything we needed. The rooms were really nice and clean. The bathrooms were very clean. The carpets desperately need to be cleaned and the grout on the tile really should get a deep cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable with those toppers. But overall the house wasn’t bad and was in a good location. The driveway is pretty small. You should probably say it really only fits two cars or only one large vehicle. We drove two pickups that barely fit in the driveway.

Great location

This was a great location and house for a family with little kids! The kitchen was a bit lacking in some things that you often find in vacation rental homes, but that wasn’t a big deal just good to be aware that you will likely need to bring/purchase things you need beyond basic kitchen dishes and utensils. The hot tub was also a little cloudy and foamy, it seemed like maybe a previous guest maybe used some kind of bubbles or something and it didn’t get fully flushed out. Hopefully that was just a one time issue.

Steps from the beach

The location was fantastic as described. It was stocked well with a variety of hotel style supplies and plenty of towels for the beach, hot tub and bathrooms. We did run out of dishwashing tabs, but had plenty of everything else. We definitely enjoyed the short walk to access the beach. We had a problem with the wooden blinds closing when we arrived the first evening. The property management responded immediately to our text and sent out someone to fix it the next morning. Our only recurring issue was how sensitive the smoke (heat?) alarm was. We set it off more than once with just normal cooking on the stove top & oven . . . even with the windows open and the fan going. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay there.
