"I did not stay in this hotel as they falsely advertised that they had hot water and when I got there, the hot water didn’t work and when I asked to be changed to another room, they didn’t have any other rooms available."

"They have a basement with rooms. The steps going down into the basement are tiled, slippery, covered in rain and SUPER DANGEROUS. My last night carefully walked down the stairs and fell anyway. After a night in agony and pain I checked out in the morning. All the stops are tiled and slippery.. rain ..."
