This apartment is strictly non-smoking, with no parties or commercial use allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

No smoking or vaping inside the property. No illegal substances or excessive alcohol use on the premises.

Pets are not allowed, sorry. We love them too, but can`t afford the damage that they make...

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

Check-in: after 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Lost keys incur a replacement fee of €25. We will allow early check-in and late checkout, if we don`t have a booking before your arrival or after your departure, but we`re usually fully booked so don`t count on it please!

Please switch off lights, appliances, and air conditioning when not in use.

WiFi is for personal use only, no illegal downloads please.

Please do not move furniture or disconnect electronic equipment.
