~The Space~
This is a 70m2 (753.5 sq. ft.) apartment located in the MID 490 building en Miraflores. It has been decorated with custom-made modern art, featuring the David Statue with a modern twist as the main character in the bedroom and other areas of the apartment. It also holds personal touches from the owner, such as a biker helmet on display and a dresser from his childhood that's been intervened and brought back to life in color!

The apartment is distributed as follows:

• Self check-in with a smartlock, forget about keys!
• 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet, 50" Smart Tv, and ensuite full bathroom
• 1 additional full bathroom
• Spacious work area with ample space for 2 and office seats
• Livingroom with balcony
• Fully equipped kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and more.
• Dining space for up to 3.

It has everything you need for a 5 star stay!

~Other Details~

The apartment accommodates up to 2 people, only up to 2 visitors will be allowed per day (either if there are 1 or 2 people staying). Visitors must be announced with full names at least 2 hours before arrival. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

For long-term stays (2 weeks and up), cleaning of the apartment will be needed on a weekly basis. There is an extra charge of $42 per week (not counting after checkout cleaning, which is already covered by the cleaning fee in the reservation) and includes cleaning, linen and towels change. If you require a higher cleaning frequency, please let us know!

This total additional cost will be charged separately but also through VRBO for your convenience.

Since this is an apartment building, you might hear other tenants and/or their pets during your stay, although it is mostly very quiet.

Please make sure you have read all the rules in the house rules section, as per VRBO rules you will be acknowledging and accepting them once you have booked your stay :)

~House Rules~

1-Safety, Security, and Quiet Hours:

Gatherings and Parties: Let’s keep the place safe! Gatherings and parties are not allowed.

Quiet Time: Please respect the neighbors. No loud noises after 10:00 PM.

Visitor Registration: Any person visiting the property needs to be announced prior to their arrival so the host can register them at reception. Unannounced visitors will not be given entrance for security reasons.

2- Smoking Policy

Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited, this includes the balcony. Smoking will result in a $150 penalty, plus the value of the number of nights the place cannot be rented (or any lost reservations/cancellations related to smoke odor), plus costs for deep cleaning of furniture, mattress, and curtains.

3-Long Stays & Booking Adjustments

Mandatory Weekly Cleaning: Reservations 2 weeks and up will require weekly cleaning of the apartment at an additional cost of $42 USD per week. This is in both parties' interest to keep the space well-maintained. Guests will be able to pay directly through VRBO.

Shortening Your Stay: If you need to shorten your stay after it's started, you are welcome to do so, but we will not be able to issue any refunds. This is unrelated to the cancellation policy for the reservation.

4- Check-out Protocol

Check-out Time: Checkout time is strictly at 11:00 AM. If the guest stays past checkout time without any coordination, an additional night will be charged.

Pre-Departure Tasks: Before checking out, please leave any used dishes and utensils washed. And make sure you turn off all the lights of the apartment.

5- Care and Cleanliness

General Cleanliness: Please maintain adequate cleanliness of the space while using it. If upon check out there's more than reasonable cleaning necessary, an extra cleaning fee will be determined.

Property Care: Please take care of linens, towels, and the property in general. Unwashable stains on linens, towels, or furniture will result in replacement or repair at the guest's expense.

6- Communication and Support Availability

Contact Hours: We're available for questions and guidance daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Guests should not expect a prompt reply outside these hours.

Non-Hotel Service: Please keep in mind we do not operate as a hotel and don't have staff on shift 24/7. If a reasonable request (missing or malfunctioning amenity — only if it is specified in the listing description —) requires our presence, this will be priorly coordinated, as we do not have immediate availability.
