Avoid at all costs
Front door is always locked 24/7, requires pressing a buzzer for front desk to unlock it. Front desk staff have very poor customer service skills. Hotel requires full payment at check in before even seeing the room. Breakfast is extremely poor, I had to search for a waiter every in the kitchen just to get basics such as fruit juice or cutlery. My room 302 was dirty, damaged fixtures and fittings, with badly marked and stained walls. Shower curtain was literally in shreds. Windows are damaged and do not fully close allowing mosquitos in. Extremely noisy hotel with repair work going on and paper thin walls, you can literally hear people breathing in adjacent rooms.
