The space
Find 3 ample rooms. In room 1 you will have a double bed with a 42'' smart TV, a private bathroom, a large closet, a work table with two chairs, a balcony with chairs and a terrace table with the best view of the ocean and Costa Verde. You can see and hear the concerts of Costa 21! In room 2 there is a double bed, a large closet and a window with a beautiful ocean view and a girls' dresser. In room 3 a 1.5 seater bed with a closet and a sailboat/desk and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an oven, blender, toaster, waffle maker and coffee maker. The laundry room has a washer and an industrial dryer, a second full bathroom and a living room with a smart TV and a dining room for 6 people with two additional chairs and a bar with 3 high benches in the kitchen.

Guest access
Access to the apartment is autonomous, from the check-in time (2 pm) you must send photos of all the people in your reservation through the Vrbo platform so that they can approve their access in the building's Reception security. There they will give you the keys and you can enter.

You can use the entire apartment space. If you use the laundry, please bring your own cleaning supplies. No parties or smoking inside the apartment! If you want a meeting, you can rent the grill area on the building's large terrace next to the pool!

Remember, you must leave the trash in the black bags in the trash cans or near it properly tied at the time of your departure please! And when you leave, remember to leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and in place. We hope you treat our space as if it were your home!

Other things to note
The reservation of social spaces such as the Pool and Grill can be made separately or together, the pool has a cost of 25 soles per hour Monday to Thursday and 35 per hour Friday to Sunday. It is for the whole group (Capacity of 10 people).

The grill has a rental cost of 100 soles for 6 hours in shifts available from 10 am to 4 pm/4 pm to 11 pm. The Condominium management requests a guarantee of 100 soles that is returned the next business day (Capacity of 20 people).

The youth room, which includes a pool table and foosball, large TV, seating and bathrooms inside, costs 20 soles per hour (Capacity of 12 people).

The SUM event room costs 100 soles for 6 hours. The administration of the Condominium requests a guarantee of 100 soles that is returned the next useful day.

In all cases, availability must be confirmed in advance. The minimum booking time is 72 to 24 hours in advance. No same-day reservations are made. All reservations are confirmed with the respective payment, social spaces are not separated without the respective payment.

A deposit is only required for the grill area and SUM event room, not for the pool or game room.

The coworking space is offered at 15 soles per hour. The children's play garden is free to use.

The private garage inside the building costs 20 soles per day with 24/7 security, there is parking outside the building on the street according to availability.

No additional visitors are allowed in the apartment. Meeting hours only with the members of the reservation is until 10 pm from Sunday to Thursday and until 12 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

You can have additional people spend the night at a cost of 35 soles per person/day, maximum of 2 additional people.

IMPORTANT: Parties are not allowed. If you want to have a serious meeting with just the members of your group. No guests allowed after 11:00 PM.
