« We are usually not that picky but this was beyond gross. The first room was disgusting. Hairs in the bed, hairs in the shower, hair on the toilet and had a damp smell. We asked for a new room and the second room had mold on the shower curtain, mold on the vent cover, hair in the tub and on the toilet. The sink drain was clogged and didn’t have a pool view that we paid for and no refund was offered. We were not comfortable going back again so we slept and left as early as we could. Will never...

« The room was very dirty. Carpet had debris (even medication pills on the floor). Window sill was caked with dirt. The bathroom smelled like a sewer. There were giant ants in the room and bathroom.The plug and USB connection (under the TV) had pulled away from the wall and therefore did not work. The only decent thing was the breakfast they offered in the morning. »

« The property was beautiful. My room was clean and had everything needed. They thought of everything. Breakfast was great and displayed beautifully. I loved that the kitchen had labeled cabinets for grocery storage if needed and a full kitchen. »

« They keep charging your credit card after you leave, not happy with being charged ( extra ) bogus fees, then when you call them back they say it was an accident. I got charged $50 late check out fee 3 times for one day. If it was an accident how come they didn’t give me a refund 3 times? But they did charge? In my opinion they did it because they thought i wouldn’t notice. Not happy at all! »

« We love this house and have stayed in it a couple of times. It is very clean, cheerful and welcoming! The host is very responsive which is important. It is close enough to walk downtown and the shops are lovely! We always check for the availability of this house when we are in town! »
