« We stayed at the Sakura cottage and found its location very convenient to accessing the ski hills. Everyone at Bliss lodge was extremely helpful and friendly. They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge! »

« Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. « Although this property is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the ski lifts, we were offered a pick up on most mornings and afternoons. Our driver Nao was always extremely punctual, friendly and helpful. He drove us over to East Mountain directly on most mornings. He also picked us up from the shuttle bus on our arrival and dropped us off with our luggage to the bus on our departure. Nao also supplied us with a hot pot one evening which was absolutely delicious! »

« Nice new hotels, nice onsens, close to slopes, very efficient shuttle service, nice team. Still feels like soft opening with teething issues (ie the thermostat of our room was not functioning so we left window open to mitigate). nice breakfast and afuri restaurant. nice view ofYotei and hirafu »

« The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

« We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday. »
