« Location was ideal for our vacation needs, quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from beach; no bright city lights to block out seeing the stars at night! The amenities made it "our home away from home" -- laundry needs, kitchen needs, linens, even beach towels. The hosts are very gracious and kind, and nearby to help if needed. We enjoyed he impromptu visits of very friendly Hoku! No doubt my family and I will return here on our next visit to Kauai. »

« What an amazing house!! Our stay could not have been more perfect, the house was so clean, in an amazing location, and so well stocked. We were able to cook every day, use surfboards, boogie boards, bicycles, snorkels, beach chairs to enjoy the beach, Micheal and Leila have thought of everything! They were available for any questions and made us feel really welcome.Our teenagers loved the outdoor shower and bathtub. Our family will definitely be back! »

Tucked away from the crowds and such a lovely little walk to the beach it was the perfect fit for our family and friend's trip. The kids had a blast exploring the yard and enjoying the "jungle walk" to the (very empty!) beach. »

« We stayed at this beautiful home in Princeville for 10 nights with our whole family of 7 , ages 3, 10, 12, 17, 20 and 54, and we had the time of our lives!The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of and beautifully decorated . This home is squeaky clean!!!! The kitchen was stocked like a chef’s kitchen, and we loved cooking meals together and enjoying them on the gorgeous lanais. Both lanais offered the most spectacular mountain views—absolutely breathtaking!The kids...

« Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. »

« This property was perfect for our stay. The backyard pool was a big bonus...my granddaughter loved it. The propertywas clean...kitchen well stocked. It looks like the photos..nicely decorated and comfortable. »

« We had 13 family members, 12 couples and our 92 year old grandma. The Farmhouse and cottage was perfect. More than enough room for all of us. We had family dinners and played games all together in the main living room. We had use to all the beach equipment we needed for our time at the beach. We all said this could be a house we would stay in again. Brandon was a great host, always available when needed. »
