It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Also, access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club was a great perk. The pool and restaurant there are comparable to many of the island's nicer resorts. « Good access to Brennecke's Beach. Host tries, but is not in Hawaii ... if you need anything sorted out, it may not happen. Place is OK but being allowed to run down somewhat. Not all A/C units worked; we were fine, but this may be a problem in spring/summer/fall. »
