« The Colonial House was absolutely perfect in every way. Dawn is an exceptional hostâwarm, attentive, and truly welcoming. The location is fantastic, close to great shopping and dining, yet the room itself was incredibly calming and serene. It felt cozy, homey, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This was one of those stays where you immediately feel at ease. I canât recommend The Colonial House highly enough and will absolutely be staying here again! »

« We live in Ligonier but needed a place to house our visiting relatives for a bridal shower. I had always admired this house and was excited that it was available to rent for my family. They loved the Victorian architecture and the convenient downtown location. It was especially beautiful decorated for Christmas. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. « Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously. »

« Room was clean and fresh. Room temperature was controllable. Bathroom is good sized, plenty of room. Only complaint would be the bathroom sink, the faucet is placed so poorly that you can barely put your hands under the running water. Breakfastwas hot and fresh, ready at 6am. »
