« Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. « This was a wonderful property. Even though it is not located near the Marina as suggested on the map, the villa is in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, grocers, and even CostCo. The view of the bay from the rooftop is beautiful. Anna, our concierge, was very responsive and informative. The interior is decorated beautifully. The villa was well equipped. Plenty of towels, daily housekeeping, and decorated for the holidays. We stay there again. »

« This was possibly the most luxurious and relaxing family vacation I have been on in 65 years (and I have been all over the world). « Everything was great. Pictures & description are accurate. A couple of minor cleanliness issues. The front detached bedroom has rock walls that will leave crumbly sand if you touch them. Main floor shower also had a street-facing window with no curtain. We just hung a towel over it. All those issues were so minor that we didn't even notify the property owner. Can't beat the location, although the last hill is a little daunting if you're walking back from town. »

« We have stayed at Montecristo multiple times and the entire property never disappoints. Our villas was spotlessly clean upon arrival and throughout our visit the housekeeping team would stop by daily to see if we needed any services. Being in walking distance to the Quivera Marketplace and Pueblo Bonito at Sunset Beach. All in all an amazing experience »
