We just returned from an amazing stay at Dreams Los Cabos Suites Golf Resort & Spa, and I can confidently say this was one of our best family vacations yet. The food and accommodation were excellent — everything from the breakfast buffet to the specialty restaurants was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with stunning views and daily service that kept everything spotless and comfortable. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the incredible entertainment staff. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and genuinely engaged with the guests. A very special mention goes to John, who went above and beyond to ensure our 9-year-old son had the time of his life. From games and beach activities to poolside fun, John made our son feel included, excited, and happy every single day. Our son was genuinely heartbroken on the last day when he found out John was off — a sign of just how much of a positive impact John made on his experience. We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye in person, so we want to take this opportunity to thank John for everything he did for our family. Combine this with the most beautiful luxurious hotel situated next to the waterfront five star dining in every restaurant you cannot go wrong with Grand Velas for those that want to save a few pennies. This is not the place for you for those that don’t mind spoiling themselves and their families and giving them a 10 star experience I highly recommend it. I’m a huge fan of this franchise. I visited Nuevo Vallarta Cabo San Lucas and looking forward to going to Cancun to visit the other resort. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. It offers excellent amenities including a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, game room, several bars, and a well-equipped gym. My garden view room was spacious and comfortable, featuring two TVs, a king-sized bed, plenty of kitchenware, and a washer and dryer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There is a supermarket about a five-minute drive from the hotel, which is very convenient for picking up groceries. You will need to take an Uber or arrange transportation to get there. A few things could be improved. For domestic travelers, transportation to the hotel was not clearly communicated, and the assigned contact was slow to respond to emails. Also, the bathroom door locks are not very user friendly. They are a bit tricky and not ideal for families with kids. The beach right next to the hotel is stunning, but be aware that the tides can be strong. If you are looking for calmer waters, it is worth exploring other beaches in the area."
